My son bought this item from ToysRUs with his own money. After several hours of folowing their limited directions, we could not get it to work on 2 different computers. We called Hasbro and their customer service was no help, they stated that product development would call me back. I am still waiting for the call a month later!! I also sent a response to Hasbro on their website, also no response. I called ToysRUs customer service and they were not able to help either. As this item was bought in their R Zone I was concerned that they would not take it back. I spoke with the manager directly, and thank god they gave me my money back. What a piece of junk!!

I am so surprised to see so many negative posts. This game is fantastic for small kids (pre gaming system). It seems that the problem lies not with the toy itself, but in certain people’s inability to get it to work. Perhaps these people are not computer literate or proficient– but, let me assure you that there are NO PROBLEMS with the game system itself. We bought this system, with the bubble game, and my two girls have loved it immensely. We are now going to buy additional game keys. And, what a value too! Unlike some children’s online gaming systems that get you to keep spending more and more money for virtual “stuff”, this one is what-you-see-is-what-you-get. No ads, no popups, no extra charges and a fun game experience for youngsters. Simple to use and navigate website with well loved game titles, all at a very affordable price make this a wonderful value for familes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
To those that could not get it to work: do you really reckon hasbro needs to give you tech support? Call geek sqaud if you cant run your computer! Sheesh. Again, highly recomended.

The reviews for this were fantastic and I thought I could handle my kids having access to the internet but it didn’t work out. I don’t like my 7 & 10 year on-line playing games. They are not savvy on pop ups and when not to click on something. Our PC finished up with a virus and we are back to PC games that do not require the internet.

This is the toy of the Century its hot it has so many games plus i like the game Marble blast xp from netjet buy it its so cool Radical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so many game that you can play also the more game keys you buy the more game also it gives you 3 unlocks so you can unlock 3 games.

I bought this toy for my son for Christmas. It doesn’t work – What a piece of JUNK!!. I also tried to get toy to work on 3 different computers – it gave me the message Server Busy – try again later. Of course the packaging makes it impossible to open and take back if it doesn’t work. I have written an email to Hasbro and receive nothing back in response. Their hours to call them are nearly impossible, if you work (8:00 – 4:30). I’m tired of waiting so I am going to try to return it without the packaging.
